instagrat has recently inked a deal with Coffee City, TX where the city will now have a presence in mobile.

Coffee City is located 18 miles south of Tyler, TX on Lake Palestine which is one of the premier lakes in Texas for sport, fishing and living.  With a population of around 600, Coffee City will reach its citizens using instagrat to provide them information on city services, emergency services, road conditions and city events.  People travelling through Coffee City who have instagrat will also receive updates as they are approaching the city.
